Grow Your Own Salsa!

Now is the time to select peppers and tomato plants for this year's salsa garden.
The Magnolia Spring Plant Sale will hook you up with these and other quality nursery items from Weiss Bros. in Grass Valley.
Plants will be delivered to the school on Wednesday, April 24th. Half of all sales go directly into the Student Council Fund.
This is a great opportunity to buy quality nursery items for a terrific price, and help your school, too!

Magnolia Leo Club meeting Thursday April 11 during 7/8th grade lunch in A4.  Remember your pop tops and eye glasses.  We will be discussing the end of year.  Thanks, Mrs Randall

There will be a preliminary planning meeting for the 8th grade end of the year Dance and Ceremony.
When: Friday, April 12 at 10:30 a.m. (directly after the regular PTM meeting)
Where: Room A4 at Magnolia School

Attention New York/Washington D.C. travelers. Your Fund-raising money is now available. Come to room A-3, and pick it up from Mr. Croft.

Congratulations to Valerie Lauver, Liam Hayes, Justin Gallupe and Harrison Costantino for competing in the Nevada County Science Fair.  Valerie's project placed 3rd and Liam, Justin and Harrison's project placed Honorable Mention in the entire 6-8 division county wide.  Way to Go!

Scooters are considered the same as skateboards and roller blades.  They are not to be used on campus at any time - 24/7/365.

8th Grade Students:  When planning for the 8th grade promotion ceremony and the 8th  grade end of the year dance, the school dress code will be enforced.

From the Magnolia Library:
Magnolia's Book Fair is coming! Held in the library, this great Middle School Fair offers a huge selection of titles. It is the library's main fundraiser to purchase new titles. Dates are April 13th through April 18th. Teacher Preview is Friday April 12th from Noon - 4:00 Special events include Muffins for Mom, Donuts for Dad on Monday, April 15th from 7:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. Munch your way through the Book Fair! Students may shop after 9:00a.m. on Monday. On OPEN HOUSE day, Tuesday, April 16th, the Book Fair will be open from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Shop early or shop late, the Book Fair is open! Wednesday and Thursday, the Book Fair will be open from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Don't forget to sign-in at the office during school hours. Volunteers needed.
